What Happens After You Book

Three steps. Every visit. No shortcuts when it's 95° in the Valley.

Before We Touch the Lawn

Turf Assessment & Soil Read

Before the mower rolls off the truck, your crew lead walks the property. They check grass species — bermudagrass runs differently than tall fescue — probe for soil compaction in high-traffic areas, and note any brown patches, fungal rings, or irrigation gaps. In the Valley's August clay, skipping this step means scalping a lawn that needed a higher cut.

Assessment takes 4–8 minutes. You get a text summary with what we found.

The Cut Itself

Pattern, Height & Equipment Selected for Your Grass

Bermudagrass in Encino gets cut at 1.5 inches with diagonal passes — it creates the stripe effect without stressing the root system. Cool-season fescue in Silver Lake runs at 3 inches to protect against drought stress. We match blade height to species and season, not to what's fastest. The equipment is cleaned between properties so your yard doesn't inherit the last client's weed seeds.

Mowing height logged per visit. Blade cleaned on-site between jobs.

Client question this answers: "Are they just rushing through or actually doing it right?"

The Finish Work

Edge. Blow. Photo. Done.

The edge along your driveway and sidewalk is what neighbors notice. We use a stick edger on hardscape borders and string trim around obstacles — tree rings, fence lines, garden beds. Every clipping gets blown off the driveway and walkways before the crew leaves. Last step: a post-service photo sent to your phone so you can see the result without being home.

Photo sent within 10 minutes of job completion. No photo = job not done.

Client question this answers: "Will they actually clean up after themselves?"

From LA Homeowners & Landlords

They Gave Up Their Saturdays.
Here's What They Got Back.

"We were spending 90 minutes every Saturday on a lawn that still looked mediocre. Now we get a photo on our phones by noon and the stripes are actually visible from the street. Worth every dollar."

Homeowner · Encino

Weekly service, bermudagrass

"I manage 14 units across Koreatown and Mar Vista. The old crew was inconsistent — sometimes they'd show, sometimes not. Mow shows every week, same crew, and sends me photos so I have documentation if a tenant complains."

14-unit portfolio, bi-weekly

"Unit 12 had a dandelion situation that was getting brought up at every HOA meeting. Mow assessed the soil, adjusted the cut height, and within six weeks the complaints stopped. They know what they're actually doing."

"The crew noticed a brown patch near my sprinkler head before I did and flagged it in the post-service text. That saved me from a dead section in August heat. This is the opposite of a generic lawn company."
